KAGAWA — On December 3, 2022, the Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference (HIC) Kagawa Forum 2022 was held in Kagawa, Japan, organized by Leave a Nest. The event focused on “Building Bridges from Setouchi to the World’s Deep Issues,” featuring a keynote speech by Jay Arniel Gajudo, co-founder and CEO of the Philippine startup Galansiyang Inc. The forum included sessions from five partner companies and organizations, as well as poster and booth presentations of 60 abstracts. A total of 130 participants attended, including researchers, venture companies, large corporations, local governments, and students. 

The conference served as a platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration across various fields and industries, aiming to address global challenges through interdisciplinary approaches. This March 2023, Galansiyang will return to Tokyo for another announcement at HIC Tokyo.
